RELACIÓN CON PALACE RESORTS
La relación de CYVSA con Palace Resorts data de la década de los 90's, cuando esta cadena hotelera los invita a participar en la ampliación del Hotel Cancún Palace, en el año 1996. Al año siguiente, participan en la remodelación del Hotel Sun Palace y para el año 1998, ganan la licitación del majestuoso Moon Palace Cancún, que desde entonces se convertiría en un ícono de la hotelería mexicana con más de 2,000 habitaciones climatizadas a través de un sistema central de 3,500 Toneladas de Refrigeración.
Desde el año 2000 a la fecha CYVSA ha tenido la oportunidad de participar en otros importantes proyectos de climatización para el Grupo Palace Resorts, entre ellos ingeniería de Moon Palace Jamaica Grande y Moon Grand Cancún, así como la ejecución de las obras: Casa Club Moon Palace, el Hotel Le Blanc (Antes Sierra) en Cancún, el imponente centro de convenciones y espectáculos Moon Palace Arena en Riviera Maya; en el 2014 en Moon Palace se implementa la automatización y el sistema de ahorro de energía en aire acondicionado e iluminación para habitaciones. Y recientemente la instalación en todos los hoteles Palace de Cancún, Cozumel y Riviera Maya, de bombas de calor que han ayudado de manera muy importante a reducir el consumo de gas LP, para calentar el agua en habitaciones y servicios hoteleros.
Cabe destacar que CYVSA cuenta con un equipo altamente capacitado en cuanto a normas internacionales como ASHRAE, AHRI, UL, en cada una de las especialidades de trabajo. Asimismo, cuenta con varios de sus ingenieros certificados LEED AP, es por ello que la empresa es líder a nivel nacional en construcciones sustentables LEED, habiendo realizado más de 27 obras de este tipo en los últimos cinco años. La empresa produce sus propios ductos en plantas automatizadas en donde todo se hace de acuerdo al proyecto, bajo las normas SMACNA.

RELATIONSHIP WITH PALACE RESORTS
CYVSA business partnership with Palace Resorts dates back to the '90's, when they were invited to participate for the expansion of the Cancun Palace Hotel in 1996. A year after they took part in the renovation of the Sun Palace Hotel and in 1998 they won the public tender for the majestic Moon Palace Hotel Cancun, which as of then was an icon of the Mexican Hotel Industry, with more than 2000 rooms, with a central system of 3,500 tons.
Since then, CYVSA always had the opportunity to participate in other important HVAC projects for the Palace Resorts Group, among them: the engineering of Moon Palace Jamaica Grande and Moon Grand Cancun, and the HVAC installation in Casa Club Moon Palace, the Hotel Le Blanc (formerly Sierra) in Cancun, the Moon Palace Arena, Convention and Entertainment Center. In 2014 at Moon Palace Cancun, the automation system and energy saving system of air conditioning and room lighting were implemented. Recently, the installation of heat pumps in all the Palace hotels in Cancun, Cozumel and Riviera Maya, which have helped very significantly to reduce the consumption of LP gas with the purpose of heating the water in rooms and hotel services.
It is important to note that CYVSA counts with a highly trained team on international regulations like ASHRAE, AHRI, UL, in each of these areas.
Also they have a number of Engineers certified for LEED AP, making the company the national leader in LEED sustainable construction, having carried out more than 27 projects of this kind in the last 5 years.
Also the Company produces their own ductwork in an automated factory, where everything is produced according to specifications, and under the SMACNA standards.
