RLASAV es una empresa experta en diseñar e implementar las mejores soluciones audiovisuales a medida para cada cliente. Con 15 años en la industria y 60 Centros de Eventos a lo largo de Latinoamérica que confían en esta compañía, se especializan en la entrega de soluciones audiovisuales in-house para hoteles y centros de convenciones. Abrieron su primera oficina y bodega en Bogotá hace 7 años, creciendo luego hacia Cartagena de Indias. Hoy entregan su servicio en todo Colombia. Con oficinas regionales en Miami, Panamá, Colombia, Perú y Chile tienen una extensa cobertura que les permite desarrollar proyectos en cualquier ciudad de Latinoamérica.
La ventaja de RLASAV es que entrega una solución de principio a fin, permanente en el tiempo. Asesora y acompaña a sus clientes desde el diseño del proyecto; realiza un levantamiento técnico de las necesidades, sus ingenieros diseñan una solución a medida e invierten fuertemente en el centro de eventos, tanto con alta tecnología como en la mano de obra durante la instalación. 
Luego de implementar el equipamiento audiovisual, montan una completa bodega con equipamiento adicional móvil para agilizar los tiempos de montaje y de respuesta durante los eventos, y así entregar un servicio más eficiente. Para operar el equipamiento incorporan personal especialmente capacitado, tanto técnicamente como en calidad de servicio. 

EN GRAND HYATT BOGOTA
RLASAV es el operador audiovisual exclusivo in-house del hotel Grand Hyatt Bogotá. Como partner audiovisual al interior del hotel, esta empresa es la responsable del diseño, la implementación y puesta en funcionamiento de la solución audiovisual de todos los salones y áreas comunes. Adicionalmente, han diseñado la solución de audio ambiental del hotel y la solución integral de Digital Signage (cartelera digital).
“Estamos implementando una solución audiovisual integral, con tecnología de punta, que abarca la totalidad del soporte AV para los espacios de eventos corporativos y sociales. Luego de más de un año de trabajo juntos nos sentimos parte del hotel Grand Hyatt Bogotá y esperamos con mucho entusiasmo su próxima apertura”, afirmaron Víctor Matamala, Gerente General de Colombia y Juan Carlos Vergara, Gerente General para Latinoamérica de RLASAV. “Cuidamos cada detalle para potenciar al máximo cada salón del centro de eventos. El objetivo es lograr la mayor funcionalidad y flexibilidad posible. Nuestra propuesta tecnológica considera además, que todo el equipamiento audiovisual se podrá controlar mediante una plataforma de automatización, agilizando los procesos de montaje y desmontaje cada día”. 
En los grandes salones se implementarán sistemas de proyección de alta resolución, alto brillo y de tecnología Laser. El sistema de sonido es Bose, diseñado bajo altos estándares de inteligibilidad y presión sonora capaz de atender todo tipo de eventos y estará presente en todos los espacios del hotel Grand Hyatt Bogotá. 
A toda la instalación fija se sumará microfonía, iluminación y un sinfín de equipamiento móvil que incluye desde cabinas y sistemas de traducción simultánea infrarroja hasta pantallas LED.
