Así será el Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Cartagena

Revitalizarán tres gemas arquitectónicas de Cartagena

La compañía de hospitalidad de lujo y San Francisco Investments, una subsidiaria de Valorem, anunciaron que abrirán la tercera propiedad hotelera y residencias privadas de la marca en el corazón histórico de este destino.

Así será el Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Cartagena

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, la compañía de hospitalidad de lujo líder en el mundo y San Francisco Investments, una subsidiaria de Valorem, un grupo empresarial propiedad de los principales actores de Colombia en medios, entretenimiento, comercio minorista y recursos renovables, anunciaron sus planes para abrir un hotel de lujo y residencias privadas en Cartagena, una de las ciudades costeras más históricas y atractivas de América del Sur.
Ubicado en el animado vecindario de Getsemaní, el Hotel and Private Residences brindará a los huéspedes y residentes un acceso conveniente a la vibrante cultura y entretenimiento de Cartagena y sus monumentos arquitectónicos perfectos, pues para desarrollar la propiedad, revitalizarán y restaurarán varios edificios que datan del siglo XVI, incluyendo el Claustro de San Francisco; el Club Cartagena, una obra maestra de Bellas Artes de los años 20; y cuatro teatros de renombre; el Teatro Cartagena, el Teatro Calamarí, el Teatro Bucanero y el Teatro Rialto. Estos edificios cobrarán vida una vez más a través de una cuidadosa restauración destinada a preservar las fachadas icónicas y la arquitectura histórica.

Por su parte, Bart Carnahan , Vicepresidente Ejecutivo, Desarrollo de Negocios Globales y Gestión de Cartera, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, expresó: "Este nuevo hotel y residencias privadas es el proyecto perfecto para que expandamos nuestra presencia en América del Sur , brindándonos la oportunidad de convertir una colección tan excepcional de edificios históricos en una ubicación privilegiada en una de las ciudades más atractivas de la región. Junto con nuestros socios en Valorem, esperamos traer a Cartagena lo mejor en hospitalidad de lujo".
Con interiores diseñados por François Catroux y Wimberly Interiors, el nuevo hotel contará con 131 habitaciones, incluyendo una suite real y una Suite Presidencial de 390 metros cuadrados y 325 metros cuadrados de sala de estar respectivamente. El hotel ofrecerá seis conceptos únicos de alimentos y bebidas diseñados por AvroKO, tanto para cenar en el interior como en la terraza, así como el impresionante atrio en el corazón del Club Cartagena. La piscina en la azotea ofrecerá vistas despejadas de la bahía de Cartagena y de la antigua ciudad amurallada donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del bar de la piscina y la parrilla mientras se relajan en cabañas privadas y tumbonas. Un exclusivo spa Four Seasons, así como un gimnasio, también estarán disponibles para aquellos que desean relajarse y rejuvenecer su cuerpo y mente. Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Cartagena también incluirá aproximadamente 16 Residencias privadas, la primera alternativa residencial de marca en el Distrito Histórico marcada por los más altos niveles de servicio personalizado de Four Seasons. El hotel también incluirá 1,485 metros cuadrados de espacio para reuniones y eventos, todos los cuales se encuentran dentro de espléndidos espacios históricos.
